Collection of Bad Moments

We can spend minutes, hours, days, and even months over- analyzing a situation, trying to put together the pieces. Sometimes the most productive thing we can do is relax. Often times we allow one bad moment to consume our minds. We begin to feed it more and more until it starts to consume who we are. But, I must warn you that if you continue to feed the negative thoughts, then you find yourself trapped within the walls of your mind.

You’ll have good moments, bad moments, beautiful moments, ugly moments, overwhelming moments, moments where everything seems like it’s coming together, and moments when everything seems like it’s falling apart.

I’ve learned that it’s okay to have a bad moment. But not to dwell on that bad moment for an extended period of time. I’ve learn to take some time to clear my mind then quickly shift my focus more on positive energy. I’ve learned to release those negative thoughts back into the universe.

You have to train your mind to be stronger than your emotions or else you’ll lose yourself every time. The truth is that the moments of our lives are only temporary. The sun will rise and you will try again. Your troubles will leave and you will smile again.

Don’t allow one bad moment to ruin your day.

Don’t allow one bad moment to ruin your life.

Don’t allow one bad moment to ruin who you are.

Never forget that…

A collection of bad moments start with just one bad moment.

  1. Own the moments! Those few words are truly great instruction. The Bible instructs us to guard our heart! Because what a man thinks, so he is. But in Romans, we are also reminded that we may be transformed by the renewing of the mind.

All this to say that moments are stored in our hearts and mind. We get to decide which moments we want to give life to. We get to own the moments not the other way around. God gave us this power to be more than a conqueror.

Thank you for sharing. God bless you
