Loving From A Distance

Sometimes people have to exit your life because they can’t go where God is taking you. They have already served their purpose, especially the toxic people. Sometimes you have to break away from unhealthy people and relationships. God places people in our lives for a season and then once their season is over they have to go.

~ Don’t worry about the closed doors behind you. New doors are opening if you keep moving forward. ~

The wrong ones have to exit so that the right ones can enter. You must let them go so that you may elevate to the next level or else they may keep you at your current level. Give yourself permission to move on and let go of the excess baggage that’s weighing you down.

~You’ll never really see how toxic someone is until you breathe fresher air. ~

How often do we compromise ourselves and our happiness for those we love? This goes for family, friends, romantic interests or even acquaintances. Never settle for the sake of someone else. You don’t have to feel guilty about removing people from your life no matter what role they play.

Sometimes you have to burn bridges to create distance. The bridges you burn might keep you from returning to a bad situation.

~ I think it’s important to realize you can miss the memories that were created but not the person you created them with. ~

Sometimes you need to put yourself first. It’s not selfish to love yourself, take care of yourself and to make your happiness a priority. It’s necessary!!!

Life takes us in different directions. When one chapter ends then another begins. Keep moving forward towards your destiny. Your story doesn’t end here.
